iRegistration
 
iRegistration (iReg) is an Event Management system designed for organisations who run ongoing events like Training Courses, Demonstrations, Public Speaking Engagements or similar.

iReg is a web based application and includes a module for clients (or attendees) to register and manage their bookings online, as well as an administration module providing organisers with full Event Management and Reporting facilities.
 
iReg can be customised for each installation. In cases where minimal customisation is required, iReg can be up and running in your organisation within the week.
 
Client Module
 
The client module allows clients (or attendees) to browse through the list of upcoming events via an Event Calendar and/or Event Search facility. Once an event has been identified, more detailed information about the event can be displayed including location, start and end dates, prerequisites (if applicable), target audience and cost.
 
Should the client wish to book, they simply choose to Book Now, which guides them through the registration process. Previously registered clients can book an event using information previously entered.
 
Other client features include:
  • Emailing of confirmations and reminders to attendees
  • Ability for clients to keep their own details up to date
  • Ability for clients to view their complete event attendance history
  • Clients can book multiple courses and add multiple participants for an event
  • Payment can be split into multiple transactions (eg. valid vouchers plus credit card)
  • Provides a unique facility which allows attendees to invoice a third party (i.e. an employer or sponsor) for a booking
Administration
 
The administration module allows organisers to manage the running of courses and/or events including Event Scheduling, Bookings, Payments and Attendee maintenance. There is also Communication functionality for contacting your database of clients based on their historical attendance.
