iReg provides clients with an Event Calendar of scheduled events as well as a seperate Search for Event screen which allows visitors to search for events based on dates, category, event name or keywords.

Registration

To book events clients must be registered members. Clients can choose to register online to book an event. Once registered, clients can maintain their personal details and track their own event attendance history.

 

Bookings

Bookings can include multiple events and multiple participants. This is particularly handy when booking on behalf of fellow employees and/or colleagues. When attempting to book for someone not registered, the user making the booking can add new people, effectively registering them.

NB: The ability to register other people is not always desriable and can be disabled.

Payment

A booking in iReg can be made up of multiple payments. For example, a booking may be made up of one voucher and one credit card payment.

 

The system also provides an invoice facility, so that bookings can be paid by a third party, like an employee or sponsor.

Credit Card Payments

Online Credit Card facilites can be setup utilising whatever secure service your bank provides. Alternatively we can assist with the setup of an appropriate third party facility.
