Administration Module Features

Below is a detailed list of features found in the Administration Module of the iReg system.

Event & Booking Alerts

The Home Page of the Adminstration module acts as a To Do list, highlighting events which require action (i.e. events which have too many or too few bookings). It also highlights bookings which are awaiting payment or require a refund etc.

Event Scheduling

Complete event managment (i.e. scheduling and cancellation of events), as well as the ability to make bookings, enter payments and mark the receipt of payments (i.e. cheques and bank transfers etc).

Client/Participant Management

Maintenance of all client details. From the client details screen, you can view their complete booking, attendance and payment history. All system generated and/or campaign based communications can be viewed from here.

Communication

Provides the ability to send emails to one, a few or a selection of registered participants. Recipients can be selected on their attendance and/or non attendance of existing and/or historical events.

Reporting

iReg prints Booking Invoices and Remittances. It also prints Attendee Lists or can downlod these details to Excel.

As well as a download facility designed for interfacing with existing financial applications, iReg also provides graphical reporting on monthly attendees and revenue.

Maintenance

You can maintain all system configuration aspects including Event Types; Event Categories; Facilitator Details; Event Locations; Course Levels; Lead Types as well as other system configuration options.
